Gnaneshwar is one of the group heads for projects and heads the Hyderabad branch of Sonata. He i s a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry , with expertise in large project management & delivery, process improvement and program management. His previous engagements include leading the offshore development center of a multinational company, being extensively involved in software process improvement and change management programs.
