D. Praveen Kumar
Company Secretary

Praveen has more than 10 years of industry experience and has been working with Sonata for the last 8 years. He is in charge of secretarial, investor relations and legal affairs of the Company. He is also the Compliance Officer of the Company.

Praveen is an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) and has a bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) from Gulbarga University and a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from Bangalore University.
