Sonata declares First Quarter Results 2007-2008

The Board of Directors at its Meeting held here
today, took on record the audited accounts of Sonata Software
Limited for the quarter ended 30th June 2007.
The consolidated revenue for the quarter ended 30th June, 2007
was Rs.3518.6 mn as compared to Rs.1081.6 mn for the same quarter
last year an increase of 225% ; EBITD was Rs.354.1 mn as compared
to Rs.143.9 mn for the same quarter last year an increase of 146%
and PAT was Rs.140 mn as compared to Rs.96.2 mn for the same quarter
last year an increase of 46%.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. B Ramaswamy, President & Managing
Director, stated that, "The results of the quarter reflect
our relentless drive to deliver utmost value to our customers.
We believe that this differentiation will continue to drive our
growth"
