The Board of Directors at its meeting held here today, took on record the audited accounts of Sonata Software Limited for the quarter ended 30 th September 2006.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. B Ramaswamy, President & Managing Director, stated that, "Sustained improvement over the last 12 quarters in key parameters like PAT, Cash flow generation, ROCE and Operating Margins has been maintained. All this has been organic, and going forward the inorganic strategy will help sustain the growth trajectory. The acquisition of shares of TUI Infotec will be completed during the 3 rd Quarter."
