Sonata declares First Quarter Results 2004-2005

The Board of Directors at its Meeting held here today, took on record the audited accounts of Sonata Software Limited for the quarter ended 30 th September 2007.
The consolidated revenue for the quarter ended 30 th September, 2007 was Rs. 3340.6 mn as compared to Rs. 1506.2 mn for the same quarter last year an increase of 122% ; EBITD was Rs. 315.4 mn as compared to Rs. 148.4 mn for the same quarter last year an increase of 113% and PAT was Rs. 119.3 mn as compared to Rs. 98.8 mn for the same quarter last year an increase of 21%.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. B Ramaswamy, President & Managing Director, stated that, "To address the key issues facing the industry, Sonata's focus is on improving the value addition to customers and internal efficiencies."
