1. Does Sonata charge any fee for offering a job?
No processing fee or deposit is charged by Sonata at any point during the recruitment process.
2. Can I re-schedule my screening test / interview if I miss it?
Yes, you can. However, you will be responsible for canceling or rescheduling your screening test / interview. You will have to get in touch with the concerned recruiter and re-schedule the same.
3. What does the selection process consist of?
Typically, the selection process consists of Aptitude test and a Technical test followed by a Technical and an HR interview. Depending upon the profile & years of experience the tests may be waived off. Also, the number of interviews will vary from profile to profile.
4. Can I opt for a telephonic interview?
Yes, you can. However, you shall have to take a face-to-face interview before the final selection.
5. Will I have access to other job opportunities within Sonata?
Sonata offers services across a wide spectrum of technologies. You needn’t change your organization to make a change in your career. The Resource Management Group will keep you informed of all the current openings that might suit your profile. This will enable you to pursue the career of your choice within Sonata.
6. What are the opportunities to go abroad?
On-site opportunities are purely based on business requirements.
7. What relocation options does Sonata offer?
Sonata provides guest house accommodation only to those candidates whose place of posting is different from their current work location. In such cases, accommodation for a specified number of days, depending upon availability, is provided as per the guest house policy. This facility is provided to help the new candidates settle in. Minimal charges towards the same are deducted from the candidate's salary as per the guest house policy.
8. If I have appeared for an interview with Sonata, can I re-appear for the same?
Candidates who have attended an interview in the last 6 months can not attend another interview with Sonata.
