Anand heads the Administration (Admin) function at Sonata. A Sonatian for over 13 years, he is responsible for all Admin related activities of the organization including all travel requirements. Before taking over as Head of Admin, he was the Financial Controller of Sonata’s international operations.

In his current profile, Anand is responsible for commercial negotiations, streamlining controls and systems, and also identifying and setting up of new facilities for the company.

Prior to joining Sonata in 1995, Anand was the Regional Head of Accounts at Lakme Ltd, where he worked for 10 years. He began his career with Larsen & Toubro where he worked in the Factory Accounts Department for 8 years. 

 

A Bachelor of Commerce from National College, Bangalore, Anand enjoys cricket, swimming and yoga. He lives in Bangalore with his mother, wife and daughter.
