Praveen has more than 12 years of industry experience and has been working with Sonata for the last 10 years. He is in charge of secretarial, investor relations and legal affairs of the Company. He is also the Compliance Officer of the Company.

Praveen is an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) and has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com.) from Gulbarga University and a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from Bangalore University.
