M. D. Dalal is Executive Vice Chairman of Sonata Software. He is one of the first Directors of Sonata named in the Articles. Currently he is also the Joint Managing Director of Futura Polyesters Ltd. He is Member of the Investor Grievances Committee of Sonata Software Ltd. and Futura Polyesters Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Salford University, UK and Master of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
