S. B. Ghia

S.B. Ghia is a non-executive Director of Sonata Software. He is an industrialist with interests in a variety of fields including Chemicals and Consumer Food products. Currently he is Chairman & Managing Director of Futura Polyesters Ltd. He is also Director in the following public companies viz., Alkyl Amines Ltd., AVT Natural Products Ltd., Innovassynth Technologies (India) Ltd. and Innovasynth Investments Ltd. He is Member of the Investor Grievances Committee of Futura Polyesters Ltd., Alkyl Amines Ltd. & Sonata Software Ltd; Member of the Audit Committee of AVT Natural Products Ltd. & Sonata Software Ltd. and Member of the Remuneration Committee of Alkyl Amines Ltd. and AVT Natural Products Ltd.

He holds a Degree in Science (Chemistry) and MBA from Bowling Green University, USA.
