If there is any one thing that B. Ramaswamy, president and MD, Sonata Software, Bangalore, wishes had been different during his 24-year stint at Sonata, it is its conservative approach in the early years. "We should have been more aggressive and taken more risks," he says. "We were too caught up in proving the viability of any decision before taking the next steps."
