Sonata's BI solution for telecom service providers - SonnetBIOS - follows the rich tradition of Sonata's vertical solution initiatives - the Sonnets - acting as a 'bolt-on' to existing OSS implementations, and providing several out of the box Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
