The customer required QA automations for its Warehouse Management Services (WMS) and approached Sonata in the year 2001 for a solution. By 2002 they also wanted Sonata to provide enhancement and support for other products like Labor Management and Transport Management. In 2004, the client made a conscious move to setup an offshore office in China, only to re-approach Sonata in 2005 to provide enhancement and maintenance support for its product suite – Warehouse Management, Labor Management and Transport Management – as well as provide migration & integration services.
