This paper discusses the Lean process in detail with the help of project data and demonstrates that simple, affordable and adoptable processes are more economical and focused on quality. Also, it establishes that the Lean Model enables a project to be well monitored and controlled by focusing on critical elements, thereby reducing overheads of bulky documentation and irrelevant processes. The above findings are statistically analyzed using the coefficient of variation, which strikes a direct correlation with the predictable quality in a project.
