N.R. Srikanth is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Sonata Software with overall responsibility of people management, talent development and transformation of HR practices and functions. In his role, he will work closely with the Sonata leadership team to foster a culture of growth and innovation in the organization.

Srikanth has extensive HR experience and has been instrumental in building high performance teams for growing organization. Prior to assuming his latest role in Sonata, Srikanth was responsible for setting up the offshore delivery platform for a leading European advanced engineering services and innovation consulting company, Altran Technologies.

Over the past two decades, Srikanth has held a variety of leadership positions at Infosys Technologies, IBM and EDS. While at Infosys, he secured PCMMi level 5 certification for the firm and redefined the performance management process. He set up the high volume recruitment process at IBM that helped the business realize scale and sustainable process maturity. At EDS, Srikanth set up the integrated Global Workforce Management team post its merger with Mphasis and later also set up the EDS Leadership and Learning Academy (ELLA) from scratch to provide entry level training for college hires and hone in-house leadership skills.

Srikanth has earned his Master’s degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
