Product Support

 
Sonata's Product Support Services provide an extension to the client's professional services organization (PSO). Sonata has a successful background of setting up and operating offshore-based Centers of Excellence (CoE) for various product companies. These CoEs proactively develop fine-tuned implementation methodologies, tools and templates that aid quicker product implementation.

Sonata's teams bring in collective expertise, which has evolved over 15 years of enterprise software implementation and support, to aid cost-effective and rapid deployments through its Global Delivery Model. By moving almost 60% of the implementation lifecycle offshore, Sonata helps its clients reduce implementation costs and thereby, barriers to implementation.

Sonata's offshore CoEs also provide scalable and flexible implementation bandwidth to its OPD clients. It works closely with its clients to build a re-usable set of tools, templates and checklists that helps reduce their implementation cycle time. 

Sonata's CoE activities go far beyond post-sale implementation; they straddle the pre-sales cycle as well. By offering clients a radically new way of offering pre-sales support remotely, Sonata helps them transform the way product sales are done. This approach improves the efficiency and pre-sales bandwidth while taking the load off the already stretched R&D teams.

With state-of-the-art communication facilities and infrastructure, Sonata is completely outfitted to provide multi-channel product support -- including L1, L2 and L3 -- to its customers worldwide. Sonata's technical support offering largely banks on its in-house tools such as Webdesk or a host of third-party CRM/service management tools to offer closed loop incident tracking and consistently exceed service levels. Sonata also helps its clients streamline their release management by automation and maintenance of builds through its pragmatic approach that includes planning, preparation, scheduling, distribution and deployment of the release at various customer sites.

Sonata has state-of-the-art data centers in Central Europe, from where it offers secure, fully managed and scalable hosting services to product companies. This is extremely relevant as product companies are looking at embracing "on-demand" delivery models.
