Hari leads Sonata's AI transformation, bringing an combination of platform builder, founder and enterprise services leader.

He has built AI platforms from the ground up and scaled them into enterprise businesses — most recently an agentic AI platform deployed across large enterprises, spanning LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented systems and BFSI-grade governance. As a founder and chief operating officer, he has taken platforms from concept to product-market fit and commercial scale, owning product, go-to-market and P&L end to end. He understands what it takes to make AI work in production, at enterprise scale, and to build a business around it.

Hari pairs this with two decades in enterprise IT and business services, having built and led a global BFSI practice serving leading financial institutions across the US, UK and Asia. His domain depth spans customer experience, contact-centre AI, agent assist and collections. He has led large-scale enterprise transformation, translating strategy into execution across functions and driving measurable business outcomes.

At Sonata, his focus spans AI-led business outcomes, AI-first technology platforms and AI-native delivery — moving enterprises from deploying AI to being differentiated by it, where AI is judged not by what it automates, but by the value it creates.
