Rajsekhar Datta Roy (Raj) brings over three decades of extensive experience in developing and deploying digital transformation solutions for global clients across the retail, consumer, and distribution sectors. He has played a pivotal role in expanding Sonata Software’s Dynamics and Microsoft practices into some of the largest industry-focused offerings worldwide, spearheading strategy, delivery, and go-to-market initiatives.

With more than ten years of expertise in product engineering for enterprise solutions, Raj serves as the Chief Technology Officer and a key member of Sonata Software’s executive leadership team. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology strategy, with a focus on modernization and scaling innovative practices.

Over the past year, Raj has been instrumental in guiding Sonata Software’s evolution into an AI-first organization. He has led efforts in advancing a Responsible AI approach and developing Sonata Harmoni.AI, a responsible-first AI solution for business process automation and technology modernization.

A recognized industry speaker, Raj is also an active participant in advisory bodies such as Nasscom, contributing to industry discourse and innovation.
